The Tipperary Cocktail Recipe
This is a bright and herbal cocktail. Delicious and floral with both sweet and spicy notes. I find it to be refreshing and well balanced.
Equipment
- Mixing Glass or Tin
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Coupe Glass
- Ice
Ingredients
- 1.5 Oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 Oz Sweet Vermouth
- .5 Oz Green Chartreuse
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Peel Orange Express
Instructions
- Prepare the orange peel.
- Add ice to the coupe glass to chill it.
- Into a tin filled with ice, add the Irish Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse, and Angosutra Bitters
- Stir until chilled.
- Discard ice from coupe.
- Strain tin into coupe glass.
- Express orange peel over glass and discard.
