This is a bright and herbal cocktail. Delicious and floral with both sweet and spicy notes. I find it to be refreshing and well balanced.

Coupe Glass
Ice
- 1.5 Oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 Oz Sweet Vermouth
- .5 Oz Green Chartreuse
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Peel Orange Express
Prepare the orange peel.
Add ice to the coupe glass to chill it.
Into a tin filled with ice, add the Irish Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse, and Angosutra Bitters
Stir until chilled.
Discard ice from coupe.
Strain tin into coupe glass.
Express orange peel over glass and discard.
