New Riff Single Barrel Bourbon Tasting Notes

Appearance The color reminds me of a shiny copper penny. Light straw, honey. Clear and crisp.

Nose I get oak, dusty rick house, and dried cherries. A slight vanilla, some cream.

Palate I get a creamy, soft approachable whiskey. Vanilla, dark cherries, and some spice. Nutmeg, baking spices. I get some heat from the higher proof. This has a nice full finish and the non-chill filtered bourbon shines. Creamy and full.
