Maker’s Mark 101 has a few layers of flavors more than the standard Maker’s Mark whisky.

I can taste the additional flavor of caramel and toffee and also a bit more oak in this pour.

It still retains the nice citrus notes and it has a fuller finish which I rather enjoy.

Maker’s Mark Limited Release 101 delivers on its price tag.

For a bottle below $40, you get all the classic bourbon flavors with a nice, full finish.
