Jameson Stout Edition is an extremely approachable whiskey.

It has a very nice finish and goes down smoothly.

The stout finish really mellows out the flavors and adds a nice sweetness and oak flavor profile to the whiskey.

Is Jameson Stout Edition Complex?

Jameson Stout Edition has a nice combination of flavors to it.

You get your usual caramel, honey, vanilla, and citrus flavors that you would get with your normal Jameson whiskey, but since it is finished in stout craft beer barrels from Eight D Brewing, the finish adds a bit of sweetness and a nice level of oakiness to the whiskey.

What are Jameson Stout Edition’s strongest attributes/flavors?

Jameston Stout Edition’s strongest attribute is that it goes down very smoothly.

There is little to no heat on each sip and the stout finish really creates a nice flavor on the finish.

Is Jameson Stout Edition a go-to whiskey?

Jameson Stout Edition is a very reasonably priced whiskey and is extremely easy to drink.

If you’re a fan of stout beers, this is a whiskey that could easily be your new affordable daily sipper.

Is Jameson Stout Edition priced accurately to its quality?

Jameson Stout Edition definitely delivers on its $35 price tag.

I don’t know if I would pay much above the $35 mark for this one, but it is one that I’ve picked up often when I run out.

Conclusion for Jameson Stout Edition

Jameson Stout Edition is by far my favorite Jameson whiskey.

It has a nicely balanced flavor to it that I feel does truly capture the essence of a stout beer infused into a whiskey.

At only $35, I can say that this bottle is worth a purchase if you see it on the shelf.

How long will the Jameson Stout Whiskey keep after opening the bottle?

Cheers,
Colin.

I believe it will last years just like most whiskeys. I still try to keep my whiskeys in cool dark areas to preserve them for as long as possible.

I WAS TOLD AT THE LIQUOR STORE THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL BE DISCONTINUED, IS THIS TRUE?

    Brad · August 8, 2024 at 6:59 am

I still see the Jameson Stout Edition in my local stores so I do not think it is discontinued quite yet. I have seen rumors that it may be discontinued soon, but since I can still buy it I am assuming they’re still producing it.
