Hey, Honey
A simple, bright and sweet bourbon cocktail.
Equipment
- Tin or Mixing Glass
- Bar Stirrer
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Fine Strainer
- Peeler
- Small Rocks Glass
- Ice
Ingredients
- 2 Oz Bourbon I used Four Roses
- 1½ Oz Honey Simple Syrup Adjust as desired.
- ½ Oz Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Add the bourbon, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura to a tin filled with ice.
- Stir to chill and dilute.
- Double strain into small rocks glass over 1 large cube.
- Garnish with lemon peel or wheel.
- Enjoy
