  • Tin or Mixing Glass
  • Bar Stirrer
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Fine Strainer
  • Peeler
  • Small Rocks Glass
  • Ice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oz Bourbon I used Four Roses
  • Oz Honey Simple Syrup Adjust as desired.
  • ½ Oz Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions
 

  • Add the bourbon, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura to a tin filled with ice.
  • Stir to chill and dilute.
  • Double strain into small rocks glass over 1 large cube.
  • Garnish with lemon peel or wheel.
  • Enjoy
