- 2 Oz Bourbon I used Four Roses
- 1½ Oz Honey Simple Syrup Adjust as desired.
- ½ Oz Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Add the bourbon, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura to a tin filled with ice.
Stir to chill and dilute.
Double strain into small rocks glass over 1 large cube.
Garnish with lemon peel or wheel.
