Becherovka Old Fashioned Cocktail Recipe

This recipe adds a nice twist of herbs and spices to your standard old fashioned cocktail.

Becherovka is an herbal bitters often served as a digestif and comes from the city of Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic.

It reminds me of green and yellow chartreuse and offers a similar experience herbs, floral, and spices.

I prefer to use Templeton Rye because of its subtle flavors that aren’t too overpowering and really allow the Becherovka to shine through.
