I like this shaken approach to the classic white Russian. Shaking the cocktail creates a little frothier drink than one that is mixed straight in the glass and it really blends the ingredients well. The drink is more consistent throughout, and you will not have any unbalanced sips. I use the fresh ground nutmeg mostly as a garnish, however the spice does slightly add to the flavor. This is one of my favorite winter cocktails, perfect for the holidays. Enjoy.
