Redwood Empire is a very flavorful whiskey that everyone will enjoy.

Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye Whiskey has quite a few layers of complexity and flavor to it.
Right off the bat, I get massive notes of dark fruits and black cherry on the nose. It reminds me of a rich candy or dessert.
The palate is full of rich caramel, vanilla, and oak flavors that mix extremely well with the rye spice, black pepper, cinnamon, and tobacco notes.
This is a rye whiskey that has many layers of depth and complexity where each layer of flavors complements the others.

Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye’s strongest attribute is the number of distinct layers of flavor.
Not only do you get 4-5 layers of flavor, but each layer has 2-3 individual flavors that define it and combine into a lovely bouquet of flavor that is a delight with each sip.
Is Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye a go-to whiskey?
Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye is a little pricey to be a go-to whiskey, but if I could get it cheaper, I could easily see myself drinking this is a go-to.

Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye delivers on its price tag.
At the $80 price point, it offers more than enough flavor and complexity to validate paying for the bottle.

Redwood Empire Rocket Top Rye is one of my favorite rye whiskeys.
Redwood Empire does an excellent job overall and this bottle compares well to another of my favorites which is the Redwood Empire Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye.
You can’t go wrong with a Redwood Empire Rye so if you see this one on the shelf, pick it up and give it a shot!
