For the $75 price tag, you can a clean and smooth bourbon that any whiskey fan will appreciate, but more importantly, Knob Creek really delivers a well-aged bourbon experience with this bottle.
Conclusion for Knob Creek 12 Year
I am a big fan of Knob Creek and I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with a purchase from them.
So when it comes to critiquing their different bottles, it can be tough to dole out which is worth the price tag and which isn’t.
That being said, Knob Creek 12 Year is definitely worth the price tag for me.
It’s not a bottle I would buy all the time, but this is a solid bottle that any whiskey drinker will appreciate.
And in comparison to the Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve – Aged 9 Years, I would say that I definitely prefer this bottle because it just drinks so smoothly and doesn’t have the additional heat.
One of the things I enjoy so much with Knob Creek is that it offers such a well-balanced bourbon that it’s almost the quintessential bottle that I would serve beginner whiskey drinkers to define to them what a solid bourbon is.
If you’re looking for a solid bourbon, you can’t go wrong with a bottle of Knob Creek 12 Year.
