Irish Coffee
The Irish Coffee is a classic cocktail that any coffee lover is sure to enjoy. The simple blend of hot and cold leaves your guests with a pleasant pick-me-up.
Equipment
- Coffee Maker
- Irish Coffee Glass
- Spoon
- Cocktail Shaker
- Shaker Mixing Ball
Ingredients
- 2 cubes Sugar
- 1.5 oz Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
- 5 oz Dark Roast Coffee (Usually made with Decaf)
- 1 oz Whipped Heavy Whipping Cream
Instructions
- Place 2 sugar cubes in your Irish Whiskey glass
- Pour 1.5 oz Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey into the Irish Whiskey Glass
- Once coffee is hot, pour into Irish Whiskey Glass and stir with spoon until the sugar disolves
- Shake heavy whipping cream in cocktail mixer with shaker ball 5-10 times
- Using the back of your spoon just above the coffee, slowly pour heavy whipping cream over the spoon and let the heavy whipping cream layer on top to the top of the glass
