Conclusion for Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon
I had always heard of Heaven Hill 7 Year and the reviews I had read were always pretty mixed.
Some said there was too much heat, others thought it was overpriced, and some thought it was a great deal.
After finally finding it in my area of Pennsylvania for once, I’m glad I got a chance to try this one for myself and give it an honest try.
I am a fan.
I mentioned that it does a slight bit of heat on the finish, but I will gladly invite that to have a nice buttery mouthfeel full of all my favorite bourbon flavors.
So while this bottle doesn’t stray too far from the tried and true bourbon formula, it delivers a pour that exceeds most other bourbons in the price range.
