It has all your standard bourbon flavors like caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla, but it adds to that.

Conclusion for Four Roses Single Barrel
Four Roses Single Barrel is a must-have bottle of whiskey for your bar. While there are whiskeys that are better out there, you’re gonna have to pay the extra price for them.
Four Roses is one of my standard go-to whiskeys and the single barrel is a prime candidate for an everyday sipper.
*Final Note: Keep in mind that Four Roses has 10 different combinations of mash bill and yeast strains. When you purchase a bottle of Four Roses Single Barrel, you can get any one of those combinations. If you see a bottle from the same warehouse as mine, you will get the same flavors as the one I just tasted.
I really wish Four Roses would mark exactly which mash bill and yeast strain combination each one was so I could mark it here in my review. Regardless of which combination you get though, they are all pretty stellar from what I’ve found.
With that being said, here is what is on my particular bottle’s label.
