Palate: Tons of sweet honey up front which I really enjoy. This is followed up by slight notes of caramel, oak, and vanilla, but quickly taken over by rye spices and more earthy tones
Finish: Long earthy and spicy finish
Since I am from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania I was immediately drawn toward this bottle.
Terry Bradshaw is a legendary NFL quarterback who led the Pittsburgh Steelers to 4 Super Bowl victories in the 1970s. Not only are we a book football city, but we also love our whiskey!
When I first saw the bottle on the shelf, it is labeled with Terry Bradshaw written all over it – boasting about the 4 Super Bowl victories on a very tasteful label.

Is Bradshaw Rye Whiskey an Approachable Whiskey?
Bradshaw Rye Whiskey is quite delicious and easy to drink. I feel like this whiskey would be appreciated by both beginner and experienced whiskey drinkers.
It goes down easily with very little burn but also combines enough flavors to make it worth your while.
Is Bradshaw Rye Whiskey Complex?
I rather enjoy the complexity of Bradshaw Rye Whiskey.
Right off the bat, you’re hit with a lovely blast of honey. This slowly morphs into a bit more caramel and oak from the barrel. Then you get a nice finish that leaves you with some earthy, hay notes and rye spice.
What are Bradshaw Rye Whiskey’s strongest attributes/flavors?
The sweetness of each sip is the strongest flavor I’m getting in Bradshaw Rye Whiskey. This is a really fun whiskey to drink because you get such contrast between the initial sweet honey that morphs into an earthy, spicy finish. It makes you want to keep taking sips to experience the flavor cycle each time.
Is Bradshaw Rye Whiskey a go-to whiskey?
I could easily see Bradshaw Rye Whiskey being a daily sipper if you enjoy ryes. I’m usually more of a bourbon guy, but this is one I could easily drink often.
Is Bradshaw Rye Whiskey priced accurately to its quality?
Bradshaw Rye Whiskey is priced well for what it delivers. You get multiple layers of flavor and a bottle that could easily be a daily sipper. While there are other good bottles in the $45 price range, I think this bottle holds its own.

This is an excellent buy. I didn’t know what to expect when I took my first sip and was immediately blown away by the flavors.
