Is Black Velvet Canadian Whisky an Approachable Whisky?
Black Velvet Canadian Whisky is not approachable at all.
Whether you’re a beginner to whiskey or an experienced whiskey drinker, this pour is something everyone should avoid – unless you’re really broke.
Is Black Velvet Canadian Whisky Complex?
Black Velvet Canadian Whiskey is not complex at all.
I’m not exactly sure what is going on with this one, but it’s one of the worst whiskeys I’ve ever tasted.
What are Black Velvet Canadian Whisky’s strongest attributes/flavors?
There are no good attributes about this whiskey. Even at it’s $12 price point, it’s not worth it.
Is Black Velvet Canadian Whisky a go-to whisky?
No, absolutely not.
Is Black Velvet Canadian Whisky priced accurately to its quality?
It’s rare for me to find a whiskey that doesn’t even come close to justifying its price point, especially when it only cost $12.
Usually, I would say that $12 and this bottle will get you drunk just fine, but to be honest, there are so many other better options.
Conclusion for Black Velvet Canadian Whisky
I just reviewed a bottle of Evan Williams Straight Kentucky Bourbon that cost $15 for a 750ml bottle.
Absolutely buy that bottle instead of this one.
I’d honestly purchase a bottle of peach schnapps or a cheap vodka over this.
